AMY DAVIS

AMY DAVIS
has lived in Honolulu, San Francisco and New York and now resides on Vashon Island Washington. She tried to drop out but was forced to stay and graduate from the RHODE ISLAND SCHOOL OF DESIGN with a BFA in illustration.

Her work has shown most recently at Colette in Paris for MY 2007 and in the book CURVY in Australia published by YEN Magazine. She was just in Honolulu for her latest design collabo with LeSportsac, the artist edition "Island Life".

Amy has created many ads and packaging for HARD CANDY and URBAN DECAY as well as NINE WEST. Her editorials have run from SEVENTEEN to PAPER, mainstream to avant garde. Ten years ago she created a streetwear collaboration with Cosmic of the Emily the Strange line.

As well as freelance illustration/fashion illustration, Amy is in the band LOW ON HIGH (on Bop Tart), stars in all of Jon Moritsugu's movies for the last 20 years and can really make delish flapjacks!
